Head of Sales

your job

  • Take ownership of all sales aspects for our international clients and their client journey
  • Maintain and expand new and existing client and partner relationships
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance and Technical Support to develop and implement comprehensive strategies, systems, tactics and metrics
  • Lead, mentor and expand our junior Sales team
  • Responsible for new business development, negotiations and commercial agreements in line with business targets and revenue growth
  • Effectively probing and collecting needs requirements from clients based on a solid understanding of all client needs and deliver accurate and timely client requirements to our product team.
  • Refine and execute sales process, reporting and forecasting sales pipeline activities

your skills

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master), business/commercial education or comparable experience
  • 5+ years’ work experience in a relevant sales function and a proven track record
  • Team leadership experience (+/- 10 employees)
  • Solid knowledge of the Banking- and Payment-World
  • Ability to express and present our complex products and ideas to our international clients
  • Experience in building up relationships to stakeholders and managing complex sales processes
  • Team player with high interpersonal skills that enjoys developing people
  • An analytical approach and a deep understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages, especially German, are a plus
