Office Manager (Part-time)

ca. 20 – 30h (Mo. – Fr.) mainly in the afternoon until 6pm

your job

  • Assist and act as deputy for our full-time Office Manager
  • Manage front desks for our two offices
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails in German and English
  • Book transport and accommodation
  • Organize appointments and events, prepare meeting rooms
  • Order and manage office supplies
  • Implement and maintain office operating procedures
  • In addition, you will occasionally support our accounting team with administrative tasks

your skills

  • Ideally a completed commercial or hotel management education, or comparable experience
  • First work experience in a similar field
  • A high hands-on mentality and you think in solutions
  • An eye for detail, flexibility, and the ability to master different tasks simultaneously 
  • You love working in a young, dynamic company and with a diverse, international team
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German
