(Senior) Sales/Account Manager

your job 

  • Lead your international sales prospects through the whole client journey independently
  • Acquire and evaluate new clients
  • Guide them through their Go-Live in close collaboration with Service Delivery
  • Supervise the success of existing clients and being responsible for the further development of the partnership
  • Contribute to further optimizing our CRM/Sales process – new ideas always welcome!
  • Collaborate in the sales team with the preparation and the follow-up of events
  • Keep the CRM-System actual and prepare regular sales reports
  • Help to ensure the up-to-dateness, accuracy, and comprehensibility of the sales materials

 your skills 

  • University degree (Bachelor or Master), business/commercial education or comparable experience, a certification in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plus
  • Proven substantial work experience in a sales-related function
  • Knowledge of Banking- and Payment-World
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to present our complex products to our international customers
  • A team player with a high level of dedication
  • Eagerness to learn in a role with a great opportunity of growth over time
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience in working with CRM-Tools
  • Fluency in English (full professional proficiency, Level C1), additional languages are a plus
