UX, UI & graphic designer
your job
- Develop holistic, best-in-class UX in collaboration with product, engineering, and management
- Create and consistently follow a set of design and brand guidelines inclusive of digital and print
- Design intuitive digital experiences – including flows, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes – forour banking features that delight customers and influence business results
- Support our marketing team by creating digital graphic visuals for Webpages, Social Media,Newsletters, Banner Ads, and printable assets such as brochures, business cards, trade showbooth artwork and other marketing materials
- Evaluate and iterate on our experiences by soliciting user feedback and data (i.e. A/B testing)
your skills
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, Web Design or equivalent experience Portfolio that demonstrates experience in designing end-to-end UX/UI on web-based applications, ideally in an SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment
- High standards when it comes to design accuracy and execution of briefings
- Excellent skills in Adobe Design Programs (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
- Solid understanding of Design & UX principles and constant learning on latest technology trends
- Basic knowledge in frontend coding e. g. HTML/CSS/JavaScript Ability to understand complex feature sets and deliver intuitive solutions
- Experience in the Banking- and Payment-Sector is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
